The Final Top Five
All good things must come to an end. I don’t know why that is, but this is it, the moment we announce the winner and the final order of the Top Five.
The Top Five

The Week in Review

Special Thanks
Special thanks tothe comedians who participated this year. We could not have a competition without Ahmed Abdelrahman, Iris Benson, Mick Berry, Sergio Blanco, Austin Blaylock, Angel Castro, Louie Centanni, Alisha Dhillon, Natalie Diaz, Kelly Evans, Shawn Felipe, Chris Flail, Dorian Foster, Jon Gabrielli, Bryant Hicks, Brian King, CJ Koepp, Wendy Lewis, Peter Liu, Connor Lonsdale, Emo Majok, Susan Maletta, Shivaan Nadan, Abe Rabinowitz, Sean Reilly, Jalisa Robinson, Bhavna Sharma, Corde Snell, Adam Strawbridge, Elke Thoms, Adam Tiller, or Justine Ventura. It was great fun to watch the shows.
I also want to thank Dan Lewis for hosting and doing his best to wrangle cats. Auggie Smith for hosting and doing such a great job. Jackie Flynn for joining us the last few years as a host. Brant Ferguson, and Atom Stranj for producing videos,. Nikki Patoc for photography, Shane Fox for organizing the talent field, working with every one of those comedians, but not Wally Glenn, because somehow it’s rude to congratulate yourself. I mean, I do a lot around here. That paperwork doesn’t move itself from one side of the desk to the other.
I would especially want to thank Anne and Jon Fox for keeping this event alive for 49 years. The San Francisco Comedy Competition is the oldest and best respected competition in North America and we all look forward to next September for the 50th running of the event.
