LAFF IT OFF LOCALLY LABOR DAY WEEKEND -- No need to leave town, the 47th San Francisco Comedy Competition comes to Marin Showcase Theater, Saturday, 9/2, at 8 pm. Past finalist Dauood Naimyar will host an outstanding group of 15 comics each doing their very best five minutes, hoping to win part of a $20,000+ prize fund and the glory of joining alumni like Robin Williams, Ellen DeGeneres and Dana Carvey.
