Laurie Kilmartin: Best of San Francisco Stand-Up Comedy Competition

Laurie Kilmartin is a comedian and WGA Award-winning writer for “Jimmy Kimmel LIve!”. She has also written for the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, The Late Late Show, The Bonnie Hunt Show and Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn. She has performed standup on CONAN, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Late Late Show with James Corden, Comedy Central and Showtime. Her Seeso special, 45 Jokes About My Dead Dad made Vulture’s list of Top Ten Comedy Specials of 2016. Festival appearances include Just for Laughs, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the Moontower Comedy Festival.
Laurie has written two books, Dead People Suck and the New York Times bestseller Shitty Mom. She and fellow comic Jackie Kashian host a popular podcast about standup comedy called The Jackie and Laurie Show. Her new album, Corset, was released at #1 on the iTunes charts. Laurie was most recently seen on Apple TV’s Gutsy Women series, being interviewed by Hillary and Chelsea Clinton.
