Heywood Banks is from Michigan and has defied the odds by actually made a living doing comedy for over thirty years. (Those Rec Center open mics really pay!) Being naturally shy, sincere, sensitive and having a paralyzing fear of being judged by others, he went into comedy.
Heywood has won contests and been on tv blah blah blah. He plays the guitar and writes funny songs too. As Steve Allen once said “As a Musician, I’m a good comedian and as a comedian, I’m a good musician” He wrote a song called “YEAH TOAST!” that has helped kids all over the world win the school talent contest.
And if those little creeps would just pay their damn royalties, he would be on a beach somewhere and not subjecting himself to this crap.
