India Pearl is an Irish Catholic comic from Massachusetts where she used to keep a baseball bat in her trunk. Now she wears Tommy Hilfiger, teaches middle school science by day, and tells racy jokes onstage by night, hoping to make it big as a Nantucket housewife.
You will most likely see India at that seedy dive on your street that you don’t go to because the barflies love to close-talk in your face. Although, she does open for Doug Stanhope when she’s feeling fancy. If you’ve seen her face somewhere before, it may have been on the terrifying cover of a ghost movie, “The Inhabitants”.
