Applications are Now Closed

Today is the final day to apply for consideration in the 2018 San Francisco Comedy Competition.

Today is also the last day we offer a discount to apply for both the San Francisco and Seattle Comedy Competitions.

Applications for our sister festival, the 39th Annual Seattle International Comedy Competition will remain open until October 1, 2018.

Now in it’s 43rd year, the San Francisco Comedy Competition is a month-long elimination style comedy competition. Hundreds of comics apply, only 32 are chosen. The competition is a four week commitment from the Preliminary rounds, the Semifinals and a week of Finals. It remains one of the premiere comedy festivals for emerging talent.
