The Semifinal round of the 48th San Francisco Comedy Competition features the Top Ten comics from the Preliminary round. It starts September 10, 2024 at Montalvo Arts Center in Sarasota.

The Top 10 Performers will be announced September 8, 2024 at Folktale Winery.

Ryan Goodcase kicks off hosting Semifinals Week September 10-11 at Montalvo Arts Center and the Center for the Arts in Grass Valley on September 12.
Ellis Rodrigues will host September 13 at the Vacaville Performing Arts Theater.
Mo Mandel hosts September 14 at the Luther Burbank Center.
