Applications for the 2018 San Francisco Comedy Competition will be accepted starting May 1st.
Applications will be open May 1 through August 1, 2018.
The 2018 version of the Comedy Competition kicks off September 5 2018 and ends September 30, 2018
Now in it’s 43rd year, the San Francisco Comedy Competition is a month-long elimination style comedy competition. Hundreds of comics apply, only 32 are chosen. The competition is a three week commitment from the Preliminary rounds, the Semifinals and a week of Finals. It remains one of the premiere comedy festivals for emerging talent.
Applications for our sister festival, the 39th Annual Seattle International Comedy Competition will be accepted on May 1 as well.
