The Application Process for the 2019 San Francisco Comedy Competition is now open.
Applications will be accepted April 1 through August 1, 2019.
The 2019 version of the Comedy Competition kicks off September 5, 2019 and ends September 29, 2019
Now in it’s 44th year, the San Francisco Comedy Competition is a month-long elimination style comedy competition. Hundreds of comics apply, only 32 are chosen. The competition is a three week commitment from the Preliminary rounds, the Semifinals and a week of Finals. It remains one of the premiere comedy festivals for emerging talent.
Applications for our sister festival, the 40th Annual Seattle International Comedy Competition will be accepted starting May 1 2019.
